Field Manager – Primary Market Research

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and set up surveys, specify sample requirements, and monitor field surveys.
  • Oversee the field team and ensure timely updates and quality deliverables.
  • Source market research participants from authentic and reliable databases.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project protocols.
  • Apply innovative recruiting strategies using diverse sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners to enhance collaboration, coordination, and workflow efficiency at the grassroots level.
  • Recruit and screen both B2B and B2C respondents.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Accompany clients during field visits, shop-alongs, and city tours.
  • Source respondents for primary market research studies from various regions across India.
  • Provide regular feedback to the field team and support them in addressing operational gaps.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1–5 years of experience in a primary market research field agency, data collection agency, or research agency.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end market research recruitment.
  • Experience working with field partners, moderators, researchers, and simultaneous translators across India.
  • Expertise in managing consumer, B2B, and healthcare research projects.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Mumbai and New Delhi.
