About the Role

Cultural Traits is hiring a Project Manager – International Operations to support and manage multi-country market research projects across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who have exposure to market research operations and are ready to take ownership of international projects. You will work closely with senior project leads, vendors, and global partners to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support end-to-end management of international market research projects
  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and trackers
  • Coordinate with internal teams, recruiters, moderators, translators, and vendors

Global Operations Support

  • Help manage research execution across Asia, Europe, and LATAM
  • Track daily fieldwork progress and flag issues to senior team members
  • Coordinate across time zones to ensure tasks move forward smoothly

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Share regular project updates with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Support client calls, briefings, and session coordination when required
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date

Budget & Cost Tracking

  • Support budget tracking and vendor cost monitoring
  • Assist in reviewing vendor quotations and approvals
  • Flag potential budget risks early

Quality & Process Support

  • Ensure recruitment and fieldwork follow project guidelines
  • Conduct basic quality checks on fieldwork outputs and deliverables
  • Document learnings and best practices for process improvement

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in market research operations, project coordination, or research project management
  • Exposure to international or multi-country studies (Asia, Europe, or LATAM preferred)
  • Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with global teams and different time zones
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with research agencies, consulting firms, or fieldwork partners
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination and international recruitment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required for global projects
