How Cultural traits made a difference?

We recruited Urologists, Paediatricians, General practitioners, ENTs and Chest physicians from the major hospitals in India and across different cities with significant patient load for indications like Acute Bacterial Rhinosinusitis (ABRS), Acute Otitis Media (AOM), Community Acquired Pneumonia, Recurrent Tonsillitis and Urinary tract infection
Unlike the traditional F2F in-depth interviews, all the interviews were done virtually using a streaming platform. Along with recruitment we also did the streaming platform setup and scheduling at our end.
The client was able to understand the science behind the patient’s persona and the outlook to the use of antibiotics.
